Full service, all inclusive, hourly based pricing for a one on one service.

As with all our services, we believe in transparency, reliability, giving it our all (without nickel and diming you), and above all else building long lasting positive relationships with our canine and human clients alike.

Why is one on one a preference for pups and their owners?

One-on-one means they get the groomer's full, undivided attention.

Less waiting, less stress! We focus solely on your dog, so they're in and out faster and back to getting back to their normal routine. It's a private grooming session. No noisy salon floor, just a calm environment tailored to their comfort.

One on one grooming is available at our Kenton location on an appointment only basis. Our groomer, Kaidynn, comes to us with over 10 years experience in the dog world, with 4 years specializing in grooming.

Grooming FAQ

  • Our all inclusive grooming includes:

    • A bath

    • Blow dry

    • Thorough brush out to keep your dog's coat in top condition

    • Stylish hair cut tailored to your preferences (when applicable)

    • Nail trim

    • Ear cleaning

    • External gland expression

  • Grooming is $85/hr, length of time needed to finish the groom is determined by coat type, length, size of pup.

Because of limited space, all dogs must be picked up at least 30 minutes after we inform you that your dog is completed with grooming. A late fee is applied starting 30 minutes after your dog’s “all finished!” text has been sent to the main number on file.

Ex. A 30lb doodle may take 2 hours for a Bath & Haircut, this would be billed at $170.

There is an additional fee for dogs who are matted, dogs who no-show for their appointment, and dogs who are picked up or dropped off late.

Quoting the length of a groom can be hard since there are many different factors that go into this process. Once our groomers start working on your dog, we might notice things we were not aware of and there could be an extra charge. The most common reason a price goes up is because of matting. Our matting charges range from $5-$40 to cover the damage to our tools based on how serious it is. We will always try to point out any extra charges when you drop off but sometimes we don't catch it until we start the grooming and will do our best to notify you.

  • Nope! Grooming can be booked by dogs who are not active daycare attendees.

  • Dogs need to be friendly to people, up to date on their core vaccinations, and in good health at the time of their appointment. We work hard to provide a low stress setting but if your dog becomes aggressive or stressed out, we will stop the grooming and notify you immediately. Fees associated would be determined at the time at the discretion of the groomer and the amount of work that was able to be completed.

Dogs must be free of fleas. If we notice this while bathing or grooming, we will call for you to pick up the dog and the full price of the groom will be charged, similar to a no show appointment.

  • Both of our locations are in mixed use residential areas. Please keep your dog on leash while entering and exiting our building. Please keep your pup’s barking to a minimum while entering and exiting the space. Excessive barking while entering or existing or throughout the day may result in discontinuation of services.

A credit card number is required to hold all grooming and full service bath appointments. This card is stored on secure servers and the full number is not available to any of the members of the MP team or management.

Appointments need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full price of the service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we would consider it a no-show and you could be charged the full amount for the service that was scheduled. If you anticipate running late please notify the team ASAP.
