General FAQ

  • We do not offer boarding through Mother Pupper. Our sister company, Rascal Training, offers boarding and board and train services.

  • Enrichment Group and Daycare required pups to be up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. We also recommend Canine Influenza and Lepto. Puppies under 6 months must have had their second round of puppy vaccinations and stay up to date as per their vet’s recommendations throughout their attendance.

    Dogs must also be on a flea and tick prevention system.

  • All dogs over the age of 6 months need to be spayed or neutered.

  • None of our services offer late drop offs. We find it is disruptive to the pack to integrate dogs halfway through their day. Early pick ups can always be arranged by chatting with the staff on drop off, calling throughout the day, or emailing in ahead of time. There are no half day prices.

  • Daycare is $50/day

    Enrichment Group $90/session

    Baths $20 - Available exclusively at our Alberta location as an add on to a daycare day

  • There are late fees of $1/minute after the pick up window for each service.

  • We take safety seriously here! To maintain the highest level of cleanliness as possible we follow strict cleaning regiments at both locations. All waste is picked up immediately. Water bowls are sanitized multiple times throughout each day. All surfaces inside and out (including walls and play structures) are fully sanitized daily. Both of our locations have fans, air purifiers, and multiple garage doors for increased ventilation. Products we use include Rescue, Kennel Sol, Wysiwash, Lysol, and Bleach.

  • We do not have any breed restrictions however we find that some very high drive dogs such as herding dogs do not do great in a busier group setting such as the daycare program. Enrichment Group is a better fit for high drive breeds.

Daycare FAQ

  • Dogs in the daycare program must be over the age of 6 months old and in good general health.

  • Dogs in enrollment follow a regular weekly schedule.

    Monthly tuition system billed at the beginning of each month, similar to preschool tuition and charged at a rate of $50/day.

    Exact number of visits determined by the number of scheduled days in the month. Ex. If your dog is enrolled in Mondays and Fridays you will be charged for all Mondays and Fridays within the month.

  • Planned absences can be rescheduled within the same month.

    Credits do not roll over to the next month and are not refunded if not rescheduled.

  • Unnrollments must occur no less than 7 days before the billing day.

    Pausing or canceling monthly tuition is equivalent to unenrolling from our daycare.

  • Dogs must be up to date on their core vaccinations, Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. They must also be spayed or neutered if they are above the age of 6 months and be on a regular flea and tick preventative.

  • Drop off: 7 am - 9 am

    Pick up: 5 pm - 6 pm

  • We generally host between 20 and 30 dogs per day in our daycare program, with 35 being our max.

  • Both of our locations are in mixed use residential areas. Please keep your dog on leash while entering and exiting our building. Please keep your pup’s barking to a minimum while entering and exiting the space. Excessive barking while entering or existing or throughout the day may result in unenrollment from the program.

Puppy Social FAQ

  • Between 10 weeks and 6 months. Some puppies age out earlier than others due to size or play style, we will let you know if your pup is ready to graduate out for Puppy Socials!

  • Your puppy should have their second round of puppy vaccinations and stay current throughout their attendance.

  • Puppies do not need to be spayed or neutered to participate in socials.

  • Puppy socials at $25/session.

  • Puppy Social is hosted at our Alberta location at 1215 NE Alberta on Saturdays.

    Drop off 12:45-1:00

    Pick Up 1:45-2:00

Enrichment Group FAQ

  • Dogs must be up to date on their core vaccination records, be spayed or neutered, and must not be aggressive to dogs or people.

  • Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies are required/

  • Enrichment Group is $90/session.

  • Enrichment Groups is hosted at our Alberta location at 1215 NE Alberta on Saturdays.
